Transcription: People are often frightened when their anti-lock brakes activate. The brakes started pumping wildly and I had no idea what was going on. There was a lot of vibration under the pedal and just accompanied by a lot of noise. Consumer Reports' Bob Knoll, who's been testing anti-locks since they came out, says they can make a funny noise.
