Transcription: People are often frightened when their anti-lock brakes activate. The brakes started pumping wildly and I had no idea what was going on. There was a lot of vibration under the pedal and just accompanied by a lot of noise. Consumer Reports' Bob Knoll, who's been testing anti-locks since they came out, says they can make a funny noise. Some of them do a sort of an uh uh uh sound. Others give a very fast clicking sound and usually the pedal itself just sort of moves slightly under your foot. You should not be afraid of that.
